Hi Lite Magic Metallic Paint is a high quality, water based paint with a special effects look. It is designed to cover dark backgrounds with light application.The hi-lites are practically transparent on light colors and show up beautifully on dark ones. The sponge technique is recommended for application. Cleans up easily with soap and water. Non toxic.

It is a decorative effect, ready to use, water-based effect paint.
Depending on the ground coloring gives different colors and luminescent glows.
To see the color speckle, the floor is usually black.
The recommended technique is the "sponge". That is, it is a painting technique which is accomplished by making vertical strokes with the help of sponge or cloth.

It can be easily cleaned with water and soap while it is wet. It can be used on all kinds of surfaces: wood, mdf, canvas, plaster, papier mache, resin, wax, wall, fabric, leather, styrofoam, ceramic porcelain, polymer clay, watercolor paper, metal.
